I recently traveled to Kauai for the first time this fall with my family. While I was there, I set an intention to set aside all negative energies, to naturally embody the characteristics of the Feminine, as it came to me. It was a truly surreal and spiritual experience.
The island was completely Edenic, a literal heaven on earth. There are no natural predators on the island; completely untouched and untarnished from pollution, leaving the purest sense of serenity across the entire island. Around every bend was another stunning view, Earth seamlessly and naturally laying in all it's glory, in an awe-inspiring, outer worldly form.
I felt as though I was witnessing the most stunning, pure, and undefiled form of Mother Earth and Her heavenly realm. I felt a strong sensation of Mother and Father's love, the love that fueled the birth of this beautiful world surrounding me, and the birth of their divine children - me, you, all of us. That and Her true presence in this space, almost tangible.
In all of this, I breathed into my intuition and inner Wisdom, and connected with Mother. I allowed myself to flow, to embody all of the values and energy, the tales of the Feminine I had read and diligently studied for the past year and a half. The tales of the Spirit, of Atirat, Asherah, the Queen of Heaven, of our Heavenly Mother, Sophia, of Wisdom and Her daughter Wisdoms, among many other archetypes. I tuned into Mother and allowed myself to step into my divine power and potential.
I dedicated every moment to Mother, anything that reminded me of Her. The feminine energy of the ocean, of the waterfalls, the rivers, the tide. Dripping rocks, with stunning, dangling, flowering vines. Cascading down the vibrant green mountains. Falling like the hair of Tafiti, framing around the face of a massive dry cave. Walking to the very depths of the cave, feeling held within Her womb space, and stepping back out into life... it felt like a physical and spiritual rebirth. Stepping into light, looking up at the vines, feeling as though I was seeing Her face for the first time, being cradled within Her arms, being held outside the womb, close to Her bosom, Her heart, and Her unending love for Her daughter.
I felt Her as I hiked to the highest point of the island, surrounded by mist, wading through jungle vines and damp, red clay. Witnessing stunning views of the island meeting the sea, with a rainbow overhead. As if I had stepped into another realm, a higher realm, where She and Father dwelt. Somewhere so stunning, so beyond reality...
The utter peace that simply existed in this space. The lively vegetation. The warmth, the sky, the mild rain. The soft, velvety sand, which grains never stuck to the skin, but gently caressed. Immersed in the most glorious shades of turquoise, the crystal-clear waves seemed to beckon me, like a Siren's call. Fish in neon hues at my feet. Turtles that swam alongside me near the coral reef. Flowers in every shade of color, blooming alongside every tree, on mountain sides and around every corner. The feminine symbols in everything I saw and touched. She was in it all. And I didn't want to leave.
I felt Her embrace in the vastness of the ocean. I walked into the tide in an evening gown, and allowed myself to (attempt to) embody and feel as my Mother Goddess did. As potential the Spirit (ruach, feminine pronoun) that moved upon the waters in Genesis. As Atirat, the Lady of the Sea - archetype of the Divine Feminine. I allowed myself to embrace water as my element, the feminine flow and symbolism behind water, and allow myself to grace the water as the Mother did, with the light and power with me and within all women.

I let the water guide me, flow through me, and learned to guide the elements by tuning into Mother, my intuition and inner Wisdom. I actually was able to call back a lost item that had been taken in by the waves, far out to sea. Determined, I tuned inwards, called upon the waves, and it brought it back to me, and I retrieved it with my own bare hands.
I learned that when we tune into our inner Wisdom, the Divine Mother and Father, and align ourselves with Heaven and with Earth, there is nothing we cannot achieve. We can witness, experience, and bring about pure miracles, and step into our Divine Potential, here and now, and in this life. We can see Her in everything, and Her power, Her glory, Her reign, and Her kingdom does exist. Heaven on earth does exist.
And although I am still very far from achieving complete alignment and wholeness, for a week, I was able to feel it and embody it. I believe these are experiences that every woman can have. That every woman can connect to Mother in their own unique way and step into their Feminine Power. Our stories and perspectives may differ, but our Mother is the same. 💖 She is constant. I hope you find your own Kauai / Sacred Grove / Divine Feminine experience with the Mother, day by day - and find Herself in you, yourself in Her. Connected through Her ever-giving source of life and love, which birthed us all. May your journey lead you to enlightenment, depths of spirituality, and an ever increasing abundance of Wisdom.
