Hi, friends!
Let's talk about New Year's Resolutions. But first, let's talk about the journey we've been on for the past few years. If you are more of a skeptic and don't care for patterns, spiritual analytics, or astrology, feel free to skip the next paragraph.
In 2020, we experienced a global shift like none earth that before seen. We experienced a pandemic that impacted our lives in greater capacity than we could have foreseen. The stars fell into alignment, and large amounts of people were drawn to the Divine Feminine and connecting with Her in ways that had not been prevalent for centuries. We found Her again. The stars literally aligned at the start of the age of the Aquarius, which has profound feminine symbolism, and people were brought to an awareness of Her existence. The following year in 2021, we experienced another energetic shift driving more and more people to find and connect with the Mother, in droves. In 2022, it increased and we experienced some serious pushback. The energy of the Feminine was rising and our societies resisted, like a pendulum swing, as energies conflicted. We saw this politically and in our religious systems. In 2023, we expect to see another shift in our awakening and enlightenment, and we will see this on a larger, global scale.
If making New Year's Resolutions and starting the year off with a bang doesn't feel natural to you this year, that's a natural response. Our calendar year was set up by Pope Gregory in the 1500's. It goes against intuition and our cycles with the earth to start the year off this way. A better time to set intentions would be the Spring Equinox, the time of rebirth. As we center into winter, all for time to rest. As it is said in "Women Who Run with Wolves", it is necessary for us to tune inward and allow for times of silence, rest, and inactivity, so we can better step into our "wild woman". The wild woman, or rather our aligned state after going through depths and descension. The winter is a good time to reflect, to tune inwards, and so that is the resolve I plan to make at the start of this year.

As we step into 2023, I am hoping that our goals for this year are more about the heart matters, more about the soul, than strictly physical. We live in a physical world, and so there must be some of that, as we are constantly evolving and hopefully improving in our spaces. But this year, I hope we can touch on the things that matter most.
These are this year's resolutions for myself.
To grow closer in my connection with the Divine Mother, the Divine Father, and The Son.
To grow in my ability as an offspring of deity.
To be present.
To embrace all of life.
To grow close to Mother Earth.
To continue meditating, doing check-ins, as I go throughout my day.
To be purely happy and joyous.
To honor the emotions that come up for me and allow myself to process in a sacred space.
To see the struggles humanity has brought and that which exists within our systems, feel the motions, to work through them, and to not let that stop me from creating, being aligned, and finding wholeness.
To step into my feminine power.
To honor myself more.
To find more compassion and love for the world, but do so by loving and nurturing myself, and then extending what I can out into the universe.
To grow in my search of the Divine Feminine.
To be able to create sacred experiences for other women so that they can too grow in their relationship with our Divine Mother.
To rise and soar to greater heights and versions of myself.
To ascend and descend.
To better listen to my inner Wisdom, my God's, ancestors, and spiritual guides.
To participate more in generational and ancestral healing.
To unleash my inner wounds and heal my aching parts.
To give love to the world.
To listen to my wombspace.
To see more womb and Divine Feminine symbology in the earth - in studies, theologies and mythologies, and all that is around me.
Educate myself more on Chakra alignment and other energetic focuses.
To heal my relationships and through ascension and descending, and aid us all in our rise together.
Less judgement, more enlightenment.
Feeling sacred rage when it comes up and allowing myself to move through it into greater frequencies and healing energies.
Create healing in my world and help others to find healing in theirs.
This is my list for this year! I hope you have a beautiful New Year.
Warmest regards,
Krystal Barnes
